Convenient location; good quality room and breakfast area. Staff were helpful and stay was relaxing.
Parking was difficult to follow. Instructions not clear enough.
VEry good all round, Staff polite not very talkative to you, only regarding the booking in etc
The staff did not speak unless you spoke to them,
Good value, rooms good size and comfortable, breakfast a little disppointing
The hotel was ideal for our needs. The staff were friendly, polite and there seemed to be someone available most of the time. The Holiday Inn Express Warwick - Stratford-upon-Avon was clean, tidy and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel appeared to be very well run. The inclusive breakfast was excellent and offered a great choice. Our stay was only for one night but we would certainly consider using Holiday Inn Express hotels in the future.
Even though room hadn't been set up for us, hotel staff did help with bags so we could move rooms. Loved having access to a trolley to take bags upstairs initially - v. useful as arrived alone with 18 month old toddler and needed to get everything in in one hit. Breakfast might be simple but it's good enough and being part of the room rate means you don't have to go hunting for something cheaper when you'd prefer to be getting on the road.
I had the sofa-bed with my son and it wasn't very comfortable. Had springs in my back for most of the night.
Easy to find adjacent motorway exit.Well placed for warwick and leamington spa.Good service, clean, and staff efficient.
I liked the Holiday Inn Express in Warwick, it was good value for money. The breakfast was good too.
It was quite noisy, traffic noise, being near the motorway. I also thought it unnecessary to charge for parking- £3.00, especially when you are a guest paying £70 + for your room.
We found the hotel room spotlessly clean with good tea and coffee making facilities. Although breakfast was a bit caotic, due to the number of guests arriving to eat around the same time, the staff tried very hard to replenish the food, drinks, crockery and utensils as quickly as possible. The cost of our stay was excellent value for money.
We were a little disappointed at the lack of flexibility with check-in times. Although we were aware that check-in was from 3.00pm, we arrived at 2.00pm to ask if we could check-in early as we wanted to quickly change for a wedding we were attending nearby (we had to be seated for the service at 2.30pm), only to be told it was strictly 3.00pm onwards. We had called the day before if this would be possible and were told that it might be possible but we would have to just ask on arrival. We changed in our car. The following morning we saw the maid had already completed cleaning several rooms by 10.30am so we are convinced that the reception could have been a little more flexible the previous afternoon on our arrival.
Very friendly staff at reception. Room clean and comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was good value for money.
Room was very cold but after experimenting with the air conditioner/heating machine got some warmth but it was not enough to be comfortable.
Rooms clean and tidy, bed very comfortable.
Room lighting very poor. Nowhere to plug in own hair appliances so you can look in a mirror. Dinner served next door in Pub, not informed when we booked in, tables had to be reserved. Breakfast not great.
disabled facilities quite good, walk in shower and good lighting in the bathroom, bit awkward in a wheelchair to get over the threshold of the bathroom but managed good size room clean and comfortable nice bedding and good decor.
ok... we had a meal from the car-vary the vegetables where cold and over cooked, the meat was nice enough but the potatoes where definitely warmed up and overdone, no not happy with the meal at all. we looked forward to breakfast hoping for a full english... what a let down... over cooked scrambled eggs beans and sausage toast you could read a paper through and served on small side plates!!!( the sausage where really good) no not value for money.
The staff were very friendly on arrival and were very willing to help. Rooms very clean, clean towels provided daily, tea coffee and milk always available.Breakfast large choice plenty of everything from hot to cold.
The way the car park was attached to the pub next door we had a experience here our car was scratched.
Value for money: with breakfast . Will use this hotel again
Better quality and standard of hotel in similar genre (against the likes of Travelodge) also with a good breakfast. Albeit a busy breakfast room area which was clearly indicated at reception desk.
It was convenient for the location we wanted, the staff were very friendly and helpful and efficient.
All staff at the hotel were pleasant and polite. It was an experience which could be repeated.
Facilities in the room (internet/ TV) were below average. Owing to the hotel being full for the weekend, we were unable to get the double rooms we needed and were offered twin sharing instead.
